Director Biography – Olivier Lallart

Passionate about films and new technologies, Olivier knew he wanted to direct short films at a young age.
He directed “We Feel” (2011), “Ex Nihilo” (2012), “White Swan” (2014), “Garçon!” (2016) and eventually, “PD” (2019).

Beside directing films, Olivier also helms workshops and group disussions in french schools to introduce students to cinema and its technical aspects, to direct short films with them, and to raise awareness about social issues such as bullying or sexism. Two of these short films (“Parle”, and “Je suis, mais tu n’es pas”) were met with praise and accumulated more than 3 Million views on Youtube.

Throughout his career, Olivier has received 102 nominations and 11 awards in festivals.
