Judy Spencer Klinghoffer, who graduated as Valedictorian of Hunter College, has read and collected Spiderman comic books since childhood.

Recently, Judy wrote scripts for the award winning PBS series, IT’S A BIG BIG WORLD.
Before that, Judy was one of the creators of STUDENT BODIES. STUDENT BODIES, a teen sitcom for the Telescene Film Group and Fox’s Syndication arm, 20th Television, is the innovative sitcom that cleverly combines live action and animation. Besides creating and writing its bible, Judy was the Story Editor for the shows 66 episodes that are seen in over 20 countries worldwide.

Some of Judy’s other past television credits include writing for two of Nickelodeon’s big hits, DOUG and HEY DUDE. She also served as a writer/producer for Lifetime Television’s TALK IT OVER starring Blair Brown, and over 200 episodes of OUR HOME. Over the years, Judy has written for A&E, Comedy Central, Viacom Entertainment, The History Channel, Oxygen, HGTV and Discovery Kids.

Judy has published six novels (four under the pseudonym of Jake Decker) and is putting the finishing touches on her seventh book “The Girl in the Bird Bath.”
Judy and her husband Mike have successfully collaborated on two other projects to date, Molly, age 26, and Ben, who has just been renewed for his 20TH year.
