Director Statement
Thank you for considering our short film In The Meantime, With You. This is a story inspired by growing up in an unaccepting, everyone-know-everybody town with two best friends, when the world around you feels totally against everything you are.
These environments created the dreamer out of us, because when you’re in an out-of-alignment place for a long period of time, you can only dream and strive for something more that resonates with your truth.
Perhaps we can resonate with that feeling of breaking free from all the troubles, even if we’re not there yet.
